Lyrics

Psalm 92 (The Message) & (NIV)
A psalm. A song. For the Sabbath day.

1-3 What a beautiful thing, Lord, to give thanks, to sing an anthem to you, the High God!
To announce your love each daybreak,
sing your faithful presence all through the night, accompanied by dulcimer and harp,
the full-bodied music of strings.

4 For you make me glad by your deeds, O LORD;
I sing for joy at the works of your hands.

5 How great are your works, O LORD,
how profound your thoughts!

6 The senseless man does not know,
fools do not understand,

7 that though the wicked spring up like grass
and all evildoers flourish,
they will be forever destroyed.

8 But you, O LORD, are exalted forever.

Thank You (Psalms 92)
Written by Bruce Bergh & King David

I just want to give THANKS for everything,
For kindness that You give.
I just want to proclaim Your faithfulness,
Without You I can’t live.
The things that You do are too hard to explain
To someone who just can’t understand.
Your truth will prevail, Your love never fails,
I rejoice at the work of Your hands!

So THANKS for everything,
For blessings that You bring.
I just want to exalt and praise Your name,
You make me want to sing!
Great are Your works, O Lord,
You're worthy to be adoured
Now You live in me and my soul is set free!

And I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU,
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Oooo!

Yes, I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU,
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Oooo!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Oooo!

I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU,
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Oooo!
