Contact the Music Xray Staff About the New Site
We have launched a new site and although things went pretty smooth there might be an issue here or there.
If you have any issues logging in, with finding your music xrays in your account dashboard or any other issue please send an email to support@musicxray.com.
Include the following in your email:
1. One of the urls to your music xray.
2. The email address associated with your music xray account.
3. If you use one of the third party logins such as Facebook, Gmail, OpenId, AOL, or flickr please let us know.
We have merged the presentation and submission sites into one platform and now there is only one new login for both sites. You are no longer required to use a third party login it is optional. If you already have a third party login we suggest that you continue to use it. We have fixed issues with the site that you have reported to us and we continue to add in new features like the Song to Opportunity Match that you can read about on the front of the site.
Send an email as advised above with the 3 items listed and we will take care of any issues that you might be having.

Feel free to contact us since we would love to hear from you. To make contacting us easy to do we are using Get Satisfaction. It is really simple to use for asking a question, giving praise, reporting a problem and telling us your ideas on how we can make it even easier for music artists and industry professionals to connect and promote themselves. Give Feedback and Rate the Music Industry Professional
If you have submitted to one of the many different opportunities available you can rate the professional and your experience. We would love to hear back from you and so would the professional providing their service to you. Just click on the profile for the music industry professional which is the same location where you submitted to the opportunity and then fill in the feedback form as shown below.
Do note and keep in mind that there are submission opportunities that DO NOT offer feedback. Some are for song contests, consideration for specific opportunities and other services that do not require the professional to contact you. Read each submission opportunity carefully in order to know whether or not you will be hearing back. In any case, you will receive an email from no-reply@musicxray.com altering you when your song has been marked as received by the professional you submitted to.
