Mike McCready, Co-founder & CEO
Mike has experienced success as a musician and separately as an entrepreneur but has found his true passion by combining music & business.
As a signed musician, he achieved two hit singles. As an entrepreneur, his companies have been featured in Success Magazine, The New Yorker and other media, been the subject of a very popular case study at Harvard Business School - which is taught at top business schools all over the world, been profiled in a few documentaries (Discovery, NatGeo, BBC & ITV), and even written into the screenplays of a couple network television series.
He speaks several languages, does business internationally, and occasionally rants on The Huffington Post. In short, he likes to stay busy.
As CEO of Music Xray, he has led the company through its challenging start-up phase and through it's angel and institutional rounds of investment. In 2011, Music Xray has became what is probably the largest online community of music industry professionals in the world.

Jeff Durand, CTO
Jeff is the founder of www.binocularinc.com. Binocular Inc. is a software development firm focused on social application development, application design, artificial intelligence, probability and statistical analysis and cloud-computing solutions. Jeff has successfully exited from Miiplazz.net, a community site dedicated to the Nintendo Wii, and Jeff’s current side project Flickaday.com continues to grow organically and has been featured on Techcrunch, wired.com and G4 TV. Jeff has been engineering products that will change the way music is promoted and discovered since 2006.
Bert Hartmann, COO
Bert has 15 years of experience in technology driven industries with global experience in the US, Europe and Asia. Has founded and successfully ran two consulting firms for web based technologies and has worked with multiple companies throughout the world in various roles covering technology, sales and operations. Bert has consulted and worked with various smaller startups throughout his years with a continued focus on technology and lean operations. Bert has lived in four different countries and although only fully fluent in English he has a fair grasp of multiple languages.
Suzanne Glass, VP of Business Development and Community Management
Suzanne Glass has a broad background in the music and internet industries which began in the 1980s as a published songwriter and independent recording artist. Strongly interested in audio technology, Glass built and operated a commercial recording studio beginning in the 1990s. She founded indie label Throwing Stones Records and Glass House Productions, a multi-faceted music company which branched out into publicity and media, management, artist development, and publishing.
In 1996, Glass founded the pioneering musician website, Indie-Music.com, which has since grown into one of the most respected indie music news sites worldwide, visited by more than 1 million
musicians and industry professionals annually. She joined the Music Xray team in 2011.
Ted Cohen, Strategic Consultant
A 30-year industry veteran, Cohen was recently elected Chairman of the Mobile Entertainment Forum Americas board, and currently chairs MidemNet, an international music/technology conference convened in Cannes each year. Cohen also serves on the NARAS (Grammy) Los Angeles chapter Board of Governors as well as the national Trustee Board, the Board of Directors for the Neil Bogart Memorial Fund, co-chairs the new media arm of the T.J. Martell Foundation, and lends his time and talents to music & technology education efforts such as the Grammy In The Schools Program.
Known throughout the technology and music industries as being "part ambassador and part evangelist," Cohen was instrumental in crafting the licensing agreements upon which the Rhapsody subscription service and the iTunes Music Store were built.
In addition to seeking out, evaluating and executing business opportunities for the company on a global basis, Cohen served as both a strategist and key decision-maker for EMI's global new media and anti-piracy efforts. He worked to establish company-wide digital policies, which have provided EMI's artists and labels a substantial advantage in the digital music arena.
Cohen also led two highly successful new media consulting operations, DMN Consulting and Consulting Adults, attracting clients such as Amazon.com, Microsoft, Universal Studios, DreamWorks Records, Liquid Audio, Wherehouse Records/Checkout.com and various other entertainment, technology and new media organizations. Cohen also held senior management positions at both Warner Bros. Records and Philips Media.
Lynn Marie Rusaw, Business Development Director
While managing three recording studios, Lynn Marie started Moon Light Talent Management in 2007. She helps talented people with the business end of these complicated industries. Representing the interest of actors- stage and screen, voice-over artists, musicians, bands, and song writers, She uses her business knowledge to help people achieve success in the Entertainment Industry.
Her love of music, combined with her established reputation as an accomplished marketing and promotions consultant, helped her get her next client, which got her the next national client, which got her the next international client.
Lynn Marie brings the knowledge of the entertainment business and a broad network of contacts in the music space to Music Xray and will help build the company's roster of organizations and industry professionals that make themselves available to emerging artists every day.
