This album was begun in late October, 2011. The final production is finishing as these notes are written in March of 2012.
Stef-No-Musicology is Stefan's way of saying that we all have music in us. The study of music is different than than the making of it. It is Stefan's way of saying to his fans that they can make art and music too. Along the theme he composed an album of songs that were improvisational around central rock, soul, R & B, classical, hip hip, piano themes that harken to a different time in music; the music that was playing when Stefan was a child. "I wanted to slow down for a few albums and let my fans see the song shapes & soundscapes that play in my soundtrack that are combined into the more complex work I do." Stef-No-Musicology is a trip through 40's,50's, 60's, 70's, 80's sounds layered through futuristic, electronic, classical music with hip hip beats sequenced and imagined by Stefan.

This album is the fourth of many projects focused only on what Stefan calls "generationOUCH," "sub30's;" people under 30.
