Independent Idols are a Milwaukee, Wisconsin based all-original power-pop and hard rock outfit. Together, Independent Idols craft hook-laden and tuneful rock-and-roll, reminiscent of acts such as Audioslave, Foo Fighters, and Kings Of Leon to name a few. INDEPENDENT IDOLS have just released their third independent recording in the Summer of 2009. From regional and local performances (Summerfest, Riversplash, Waukesha and Wisconsin State Fairs), to music showcases (SXSW, Midwest Music Convention), INDEPENDENT IDOLS have opened for national acts (Theory Of A Dead Man, Blue Oyster Cult, Chicago and others), and headlined at a variety music venues across the state and the Midwest.
