Lyrics

Are you another kid who'll drop out of school? Have you got what it takes to make it out there? Are you ready for the world?

Just another day of skipping school, thinking you've got better things to do
Play around - think you're acting cool, never wanting to obey the rules
No homework; don't have the time, know it all and you're doing fine
Don't wanna flip my burgers and salt my fries? - Better listen to my advice

You can't pass, if you don't learn your Math
When you can't read, to get the thngs you need
If you can't write, never have a better life
Unskilled girl - think you're ready for the world?

Don't wanna study, rather watch TV - many places you'd rather be
Think you'll earn your cash in easy ways, never hear what your teachers say
Quit school - see what you've got, will you make it to the top?
Wanna carry my boxes, wanna pump my gas? - Hear what I say or you'll get there fast

Keep on and you don't stop! Keep on and you can't quit!
Education's what we're dealing with, and you can't get enough of it
The mind is a terrible thing to waste, and time is a terrible thing to face
Without the right tools that you need to use
And they can only be found in the classrooms of schools

Realize, realize, parents preach it to you everyday
See the light, see the light, better listen to what your teachers say

Aprende mucho, abre los libros, listo para mundo
