Lyrics
Everything Will Be Ok Music and lyrics written by Jay Matthes
First verse: Looking back we've sailed a smoother sea Still we push on every day Sometimes it feels like it's just you and me but what do we need the rest of the world for anyway It's hard to remember a blue sky when the willows sway and the river swells Things will get better, oh It just takes time Quiet your mind and the tales it tells
Chorus: Don't you worry now Don't you worry now The sun will rise again We'll see another day Don't you worry now Don't you worry now Everything will be OK
Second verse: Granite countertops and cherry wood This life is so sweet, ain't it now? Sometimes it don't go how we think it should, or want it to News ain't always good but I'm always here when it all comes crashing down
Pre-chorus: Oh it's so hard to watch you suffer and stumble through the night Won't you hold me? Hold me tight Hold me tight
