David SweetLow is some what of an anomaly. He is an English singer/songwriter whose music is based in American country/Americana but lives and works as a producer and performer in Sapporo, Japan’s most northern city on the island of Hokkaido. David went to live in Hokkaido in 2014 because of his love of winter sports and the beautiful snowscapes of Hokkaido which is famous for it’s abundant powder like snow. He performs his music in many of Japan’s famous “Live Houses” and festivals where he is often greeted with great delight by the sometimes perplexed Japanese audiences who are more used to the more softer tones of the Japanese folk singers. David has played his acoustic country music style to audiences in the UK, Spain, South Korea and South Africa where his music is often played the radio. He is truly an international artist/performer that would very much enjoy to play and be heard in the USA.
