RRM takes an individualized management approach to every artist we work with. We strive to work hand-in-hand with our clients to meet their needs and collectively build a long-term, sustainable career.

We are also a full service independent record label with worldwide distribution through ADA (WMG). While we subscribe to the belief that talent is the only genre that matters, our current roster focus is on Americana/Folk and Singer-Songwriter artists who are based in the US.
