OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is pitching tracks for current and upcoming programming on DirecTV NOW and AT&T U-Verse. Execs are seeking to license music for 2018/19 programming. Placements may include, but are not limited to reoccurring shows, specials and feature films streamed on DirecTV NOW.

In-house music curators are looking for independent artists/publishers and composers with commercial-ready music for the following scenes/scenarios and moods:

-Action Sequences: high-energy, thrilling music with attitude
-Up-tempo/feel-good, positive family-friendly energy
-Up-tempo Dance/Electronic/Pop for mature content programming

TOTAL AMOUNT OF TRACKS TO PITCH: 25 (first round)

GENRES ACCEPTED:
Not genre specific. Tracks need to fit the emotional qualities given above. Orchestral/Classical, Country, Singer-Songwriter, Dubstep, Rock, Metal, Alternative, Indie Rock, EDM/Dance, Hip-Hop, Rap, Instrumentals, World Music/Cinematic, Industrial and Cross-Genre music welcome. Music must have unique energy, emotion and be appropriate for the requested moods.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
-Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for commercial play.
-Tracks must be appropriate for public performance.
-Artists/Representation must own or control all copyrights (publishing and master recording).
-Please no uncleared samples or covers.
-Clean / Radio Edits Only. No Bad Language. Period.
-No Re-titles or Third Party library music accepted.
-This is a non-exclusive one-time license. No rights are signed.

COMPENSATION:
Royalties plus option for upfront sync payout.

Final usage rate will be decided by final decision makers, dictated by duration of track usage, placement in the production and act/artist draw. Final usage rate will be approved, negotiated and mutually agreed upon by copyright owners in writing once final tracks are approved. No transfer of assets will occur. You maintain your rights.

Artist and/or label and publisher retain all ownership and receive compensation directly via Production Company and performance rights society (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.). Details, deal memos, terms and conditions will be provided to those who make the final cut. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media will never meddle in contracts or financial transactions. Doug Diamond will only curate top lists for the Production Company's consideration. If selected, your professional contact information and all metadata will be passed along to deciding parties.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media staff. All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to Music Supervisor/Production company decision makers for consideration. If selected by the execs, Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media staff will then provide contact information and further information to complete the process directly with the production team.

*There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the MusicXray submission fee.

**Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media does not take cuts from sync licensing payouts. Artists/Representatives are responsible for their own financial transactions, contracts, taxes, etc.

NOTE: Even if you are not selected for this opportunity, you may be considered for future licensing.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
-A SoundCloud link of your song (for producers to stream).
-No file-delivery or FTP links.
-WAV file and metadata (once selected for broadcast).
-DO NOT email links, attach MP3 files, or share folders INSTEAD OF SUBMITTING VIA MUSICXRAY with Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media. Those submissions WILL NOT be reviewed and WILL be ignored.
