Born on the western shores of the Caribbean in Belize, Central America, Randeesh was raised listening to a rich musical heritage that weaves together Caribbean, Latin, American, African and British music with the unique festive rhythms and signature sounds of Belize - Garifuna drums and early "Boom and Chime". Randeesh moved to Canada and added a northern feel to his musical recipe that blends warm and relaxing Caribbean vibes with the crisp coolness of the BC’s Pacific Coast. He has two CDs, “People Are You Ready” and “Courage”.
Randeesh lives and writes his songs in the rainforest of Mount Elphinstone on the Sunshine Coast. He plays solo, duo,and with his reggae band, Randeesh and the Lions.
He is a Canadian citizen, one of 725 Belizean-Canadians recorded in the Canadian Census. Randeesh loves his Canadian home and his Belizean cultural roots.
