Our clients have sold millions of records; received multiple awards and nominations including GRAMMYS, ASCAP and BMI awards and shared the stage or screen with some of the biggest names in entertainment from England to Los Angeles and New York to Nashville.

Originally from England, Chris Woods relocated to Los Angeles in 2010. Chris is an experienced talent manager and qualified attorney.

Having qualified as an attorney both in England and New York by the age of 24, Chris became a partner at a boutique media and entertainment law firm in London by 27. Before turning 30 he decided to focus full-time on his passion for music and talent development by taking the chance to relocate to Los Angeles .

In the course of 4 short years, Chris guided Harmony Samuels and BOE to working with a who's who of the pop and urban music industry from Chris Brown, Mary J Blige, Brandy, Jennifer Lopez, Maroon 5, Destinys Child, Fantasia and Ariana Grande.

In 2014 Chris left BOE to set up his own management company, Alignment Management. With his own boutique management firm focusing on new and upcoming talent, Chris has built an exciting stable of producers writers and artists.
