Todd Russaw currently works at Pedigree MGI as an Executive Producer and Manager. Previously Todd worked at Motown Records as the Director of A&R Department. Todd was the executive producer/manager for artist, Faith Evans, at Bad Boy Records where her album was 3x Platinum. He worked at Capital Records as an executive where the album First Lady was debuted by Faith Evans and went Platinum. Lastly he worked at Prolific/E1 Music where he was the Co-President/ Executive Producer on the album Something About Faith, by Faith Evans, which went 1x gold.

Mr. Russaw has negotiated record deals, and producer agreement, publishing splits. He's overseen and worked diligently with marketing/Promotions/ sale/art departments.
