About the artist

Imagine music, but with a creative twist.

Inspired by artists such as Elliott Smith, The Beatles and Joni Mitchel, The Quiet Revolution’s music can best be described as art rock/pop/folk/country with a singer-songwriter flair, that marries out-of-the-box lyrics to unique (yet extremely catchy!) chord progressions and melodies.

The Quiet Revolution is the brainchild of 35 year-old songwriter Tal More who writes and composes all the material. In 2013 Tal immigrated to the U.S after being acknowledged by the U.S. authorities as a musician who possesses exceptional abilities in his field. Throughout 2012-2013 Tal has been working in L.A. together with Grammy award-winning producer and arranger, Jeff Bova (Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Billy Joel etc.) and was also fortunate to join forces with legendary British producer, Stuart Epps (Robbie Williams, Elton John, Oasis etc.) who worked on a few songs.

Extra / The Quiet Revolution (Music & Lyrics: Tal More ©)

I can be the sad girl
Dining in the background
With a chair
To help the front row couple
Make the scene.

I can be the bad girl
In the short skirt
Who gets mowed down first
A nameless victim
Born to die off screen.

The fortune teller’s right
There’s something extra
That I’m missing
And it’s crystal clear
This ain’t it,
You can’t beat zero with no one.

I can be the mad girl
Hunched up in the wheelchair
Mumbling words
That no one wants to understand
Or hear.

I can be the red girl
All the blue men
Laugh at to feel good
And half forget
The blue lives that they lead.

The fortune teller’s right
There’s something extra
That I’m missing
And it’s crystal clear
This ain’t it,
You can’t beat zero with no one.

You can’t beat zero with no one.

The fortune teller’s right
There’s something extra
That I’m missing
And it’s crystal clear
This ain’t it,
You can’t beat zero with no one.
