Major US Realty Company (Estate Agents) require catchy tracks -$5,000 per track / per use.

(ONSSR 016) Major US Realty Company (Estate Agents) require catchy tracks for a series of “story telling” television adverts. $5,000 per track / per use.

While the planned adverts are not restricted by genre, the tone of the tracks need to bring / build up feelings of hope, positivity, joy, possibility, celebration, “feel good” etc.

SELECTED tracks will need to be WITHOUT vocals, but if your tracks are with vocals they can submitted as long as you are able to deliver instrumental versions down the line.

Up to 5 tracks can be submitted for this one, but sorry, they have to be submitted separately / individually.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS OPP IS THE 12th of October 2022 with successful artists / bands / writers being notified on or by the 11th of February 2023. Instrumentals would need to be deliverable one month later (ie mid March). This deal is NON Exclusive, so you are giving away no rights to your music.

And last couple of things - broken record time, but we do listen to EVERY second of every track and you will receive a personal reply be it a pass or a moving forward. We know how much time and effort you put into your music and we have nothing but respect for every single artist, writer and band out there.

Finally, we NEVER guarantee placements – run a mile from anyone who does that. What we guarantee is that if your music is good enough, then we will get it heard by the right people and these people can and will open doors for you.

So if $5,000 would be handy right now, then lets hear your very best track / tracks today.

Light, hopeful song for streaming documentary

We are working on a documentary to be released on a streaming service in 2nd quarter of 2023. They are requesting light, hopeful, and emotional tracks that are lead by piano, acoustic guitar, strings, etc. Nothing too heavy or beat driven. They will consider tracks that have lyrics, but please make sure that you have an instrumental available also.

If we think your submission may fit, we will place it on hold for further review by the entire team working on this project. If it is selected, we will contact you further with details.

Please keep in mind that this is a “submission-only” dropbox. We are looking for the perfect songs for this pitch. We will not be giving detailed feedback on submissions. Either we feel the song may fit the brief or it doesn’t. We apologize for not being able to give feedback beyond whether it fits or not, but the time constraints of the nature of these projects will not allow us the time to give in-depth feedback on the song. We will, however, submit ratings on every submission.

Success Stories & Feedback

Artist James Shaw lands four contracts and reviews Music Xray

Last week (September 4, 2020), I was offered four (4) non-exclusive contracts, from two different U.K. music producers. For me, a Songwriter, Music Xray has been a consistent and reliable source of industry education, professional musical guidance and development, and laser-sharp knowledge of how to apply my song composition skills to the dictates of the music marketplace.

Working with Music Xray makes me feel like I am in a positive, happy professional vocational education environment where the pathways end with licensing contracts handed to me. Thank you so very much, Music Xray. I could not have met with this enormous success otherwise.

Artist Alan Burke reviews Music Xray - October 2020

I'm very happy with music xray and selecting the right fit for the submission is essential. I've had a number of my songs selected by choosing carefully.

There were a number of clients unfortunately who didn't bother responding, but music xray didn't fuss, they refunded me on those particular submissions.

With music xray too, you only pay for for submissions and not annnual fees like other sites. Music xray, you are the best platform of this type, and I congratulate you for your customer service!
