Into the glazed, blue haze of winter

Making daisy with the one you love

It just seems there are times
We wake to find
A dream is just a dream

I walked down into Harlem Town
And I heard the sound of the mission bells
I felt a quiet breeze a forming
Fit with stories still to tell

Deep in the darkened dead of night
I awoke from my dream with such a fright
Seems so strange in this place so new
I changed my view..

Strolled out in the silence of a sound
Felt in the air until I found
Your voice a familiar call
Or a personal poem on my wall

Is it that I never really understood?
Or could it be that only someone like you would
Have it all together..
