Dan Ferrari is a singer-songwriter and worship leader from Northern NJ who experienced a profound "re-conversion" to the Christian faith around 2010 which took Dan's music career on a totally different path. It was his involvement at St. Paul Inside the Walls, the Paterson Diocesan Center for Evangelization in Madison, NJ, that ignited Dan's faith journey and brought out his experience of God's love and mercy in his songwriting. Instead of aiming for mainstream-pop stardom, Dan began to use his musical gifts for God's glory, discovering a divine calling to use his music as a bridge to bring others deeper into relationship with the Lord.
Today, Dan travels to various parishes and schools signing, speaking and leading worship in an effort to spread the joy of the faith and the excitement of knowing Jesus personally. Dan has recently released "Unrepeatable," a 10-song album expressing the beauty and power of Jesus' transforming love in our lives. Dan has ministered around the U.S. as well as in Rome, where he was blessed with the opportunity to play for and meet the Holy Father, Pope Francis. Dan's prayer is that his evangelization efforts will bring souls closer to healing and deeper into communion with the God, whose presence is undeniable and love is unstoppable. Lyrics
"Someone Called Jesus" by Dan Ferrari
Pick your head up Someone's here to calm the storm Open your heart Even the furthest is not too far gone
There is triumph There is healing There is hope
There is someone called Jesus There's a mercy that frees us There's a love you can savor In the arms of the Savior He's the Pathway to greater peace and light Heaven's come down to meet us There is someone called Jesus
Show Him your scars He's no stranger to the pain Give Him your tears Let His power make you whole again
There's forgiveness There is comfort There is hope
There is someone called Messiah, Redeemer, Savior and friend Give all of yourself to the one who Was raised from the dead
