Seeking an artist to develop and produce for my next project

I like to prepare an artist for the long haul so they are well rounded and around for years to come making great music that stand the test of time.

I have worked in many areas of the industry, from artist to artist developer. I've been in the business for almost 30 years and worked with some of the greats.  My mother was a gospel singer and my father was a jazz musician.  I've performed all styles of music from Blues, Opera, Country, Hip Hop and R&B.

I believe that the lack of artist development is the reason most artists have no longevity in the industry like back in the days of Motown... Brian McKnight, Supremes, Temptations, Tyrese etc.  They were prepared for whatever and they were knowledgeable about the business of music not only the performance side of it.
I love music more than anything but I love the Lord more than everything.... Amen!!!
