Background: Heather Renee’ Zito and Kevin Michael Kappler grew up in the small town of Lake Villa, Illinois.

Starting at the ages of 12 and 14, the pair from the Illinois/Wisconsin teamed up to what was to become 5 years of private performances for Weddings, Bars, and Special Events.

Heather Renee Kappler ran a Kareoke Recording Store named “Star Factory” where her talents were first noticed by Mr. Melvin Hayes (Relative to Mr. Isaac Hayes) of Chicago, Illinois.

Heather then split from the band creating her solo career with mel Hayes Band up intil 2001. Mel Hayes Band was hired by the Military War Recreation Services in 1999-2000 to travel to South Korea , in order to entertain the United States Air Force.

Meanwhile, Kevin Michael Kappler practiced and studied music at The College of Lake County and started singing with local Musician Marty Wallace (who had a sound like Crosby Stills Nash).
Performing songs in the warmer months in the spring/summer of 2001-2002 , the pair nick named themselves “The Lost Boys.”

Due to relocation issues, the pair split up and Kevin was forced to leave music and opened his private Contracting Business in PC Repair. (Flight1974 Systems Control Media and Repair Services).


After recently relocating to Elmhurst in 2004, not only did Kevin obtain the job as “Rental Management ” of Court Realtor York Residence Boarding Home, He Regained his creativity in music.
Starting his own solo career recording short videos and playing them on “youtube.”

Kevin Started several Independent Label Names In The Past) (aka:World Cassette Record Syndicate(WCRS) Starflamer Media, Inspired Visions Media, and Presently Chrystalyx).

The background music was purchased and legally used here from “Soundchoice” karaoke and therefore meets all Copyright Regulation Standards.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in PC Repair/Technology and 3 Years Independent tutoring / classes at “college of Lake County , of Grayslake , Illinois.

Recently, a best friend and brother to me(we are closer than anything) Ryan Lagreco of Naperville, Illinois decided to show me some new songs he wrote on the guitar.
Intrigued, I turned on my mic and camera and recorded our music as I came up words, for our new songs, as I sang them. Feeling his chords and emotions.

We decided to stay with the “live” sound. as if you wish to here is perform on stage, you only know a small taste of how we would sound - up front and in person.

Ryan Lagreco is 32 and was raised in Brookfield, Illinois. He now is part of a new band “Altered Sensorium.” Which appears on some of my album covers.

He is a great part of this project so credit to him for these songs ever being created. Without his sweet friendship and inspiration, I would never have come up with this idea of song.

He has been a great asset and Partner in this music venture and I could not do it without him.

Together, we worked on “freestyle” music writing meaning our songs would be recorded with different words and they would be written as they are recorded and played. Freestyle.
A fresh and exciting approach to the music industry.

In the future, we plan to add more talent as it becomes available.

What is “Feeling Winds” about? My debut album is about life. Lessons well learned. Going down a rocky road and never giving up, rather, getting stronger. It is about caring for each other. And never let one sink into despair.
It is also the story of my life. How I lived through terrible odds, but never learned to do anything but love. I starved and was beaten down but never hated.
It is expression. Full flowing love. “Open your eyes” “Everyone goes through terror, happy times, and bad times.” “We are all equal.”
As you play my music. Listen to the lyrics. Hear what I have to express to you. Poetic Melodic Masterpieces I am sure you will grow to love.
It is for me, you, and the world that I wrote these songs. To have faith in yourself and never give up.
Never forget who you are or be who you are not. You are beautiful as you are. That is what “Feeling winds” by my band, “Altered Sensorium” is about.



The Song “Tender Notions” was originally written as a romantic poem for singer he secretly admires.
Making it into a sweet love Ballard, “Tender Notions” was sweetly written for one Kevin shall always look up to for inspiration and plain sweet beauty.

Melloncoli Daydreams was written for people who have endured a lot, but they never give up.

Kevin has since been out of the music career since his lead guitarist Ryan La Greco moved from the area and since, Kevin has been learning,on his own, chords and notes in order to save his frozen flow of music.
