Chris had also mixed songwriting with TV/Film productions in a number of ways. His songs have been used in many films, TV shows and MOW’s including “You Baby You” that was featured in the 20th Century Fox film “Project X”, “Swingtown” in the Columbia Tri-Star film “My Girl II” and HBO’s “The Sopranos” as well as “A Woman Knows” in the CBS-TV Movie of the Week “Taking Back My Life.” His songs have been used in numerous TV specials and as a theme song for both a national Ford Mustang TV commercial and ABC’s Monday Night Football. Recently McCarty has returned to performing and is delighting audiences around the country and he just completed writing and recording an album (“soundtrack” to the novel) based on his new novel “Tales From A Tourist Town.”
