After being a professional musician for 12 years on the road, and opening a recording studio with a fellow band member, I realized that producing and helping release records is where my true passion lives.
I began my professional career in music at age 17, while still in High School. 2 weekly gigs allowed music to be my part-time job, and when I finished school I made the switch to full-time musician. At age 21, I joined a band called The Spades which toured Canada extensively and had a respectable level of indie success. Although there were offers and interest from other labels, we decided to start our own label for the release of our third album with help from private investors. As it was always a dream of mine to run a record label and produce music in a more prolific manor, it became evident that in order to do this successfully, I would need to take a step back from the relentless touring schedule and focus on my true calling. 3 years later, I have 5 artists on the roster and a handful of other artists and producers that make up my dream recording collective.
