Sam DeCross has a long history in organized development and the music business. At 16 he became a founding member of promotions agency Love At First Listen, and continued being active in Crossed Promotions, United Music Source, and EsDeck Entertainment.

As Chief Operating Officer and A&R Coordinator, I keep the label running smoothly and set the scope on new, unheard talent that is ready to take a leap forward. Raw Anxiety Records, the label I work for, is a project label started by musicians that is 90% community and 10% company. As independent musicians and professionals, all we want is for artists to have the ability to live off of what they love. We offer non-traditional contracts that seek to offer a solution for the slump that the music industry is in.
